What Stedsradar does

From scattered sources to one local view.

A place can be affected by many processes at the same time. Stedsradar brings the signals together without hiding where they come from or where coverage is limited.

Search a place or area

Find an address, use your location, select a map extent, or define the area with a radius, a drawn boundary or a registered property parcel.

Explore change over time

Filter by time period and topic to investigate what is happening now, what is planned and what was recently completed.

Follow places locally

Area Watch stores selected places and check history in the browser, without requiring an account, so new and updated results stand out.

Map content

Multiple topics, one place and timeline.

Stedsradar includes hazard alerts, planning starts, road and excavation work, traffic and public transport notices, energy and grid projects, fire reports, satellite-derived hotspots, nature proposals and public procurement signals.

Results can be opened to inspect status, dates, responsible actor, geometry, source and an explanation of what the information may mean locally.

Traceability

A basis for investigation, not a final answer.

Each result retains a link to its original source and information about retrieval time, geographic precision and data coverage. The service marks sources that are limited or unavailable.

An empty map does not prove that nothing is happening. Stedsradar makes published information easier to find and inspect, but it does not replace the source agencies' maps, decisions or professional assessments.
